Individual Therapy for Adults

Teen Therapy 

Adolescence can be a challenging time for both teens and their families. I work with teens 13+ years old to help them navigate the emotional, academic, and relational challenges that arise during this formative period. My approach combines somatic therapy, attachment work, and CBT to help teens regulate their emotions and process stress.

Somatic Therapy: Mind-Body Integration

Somatic therapy is at the core of my practice. It focuses on the deep connection between the mind and body, helping you release stored trauma, stress, and anxiety. This work is particularly helpful for individuals who feel stuck in patterns or are unable to move past certain emotional blocks.

Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP)

I’m excited to announce that I’ll soon be offering Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) as part of my practice. This innovative therapeutic approach combines the benefits of ketamine with psychotherapy to support healing and transformation for individuals navigating challenges such as depression, PTSD, chronic pain, and certain forms of anxiety.

KAP works by using ketamine in low or moderate doses to deepen the therapeutic process. In low doses, it helps reduce psychological defenses, fostering greater self-reflection and emotional processing. At moderate doses, ketamine can create powerful, transpersonal experiences that may provide new insights, clarity, and a sense of interconnectedness.

At this time, KAP will involve the use of sublingual lozenges only, as part of a structured and supportive therapeutic protocol. This approach is designed to augment ongoing therapy and works best when integrated with long-term therapeutic support.

I offer online therapy for individuals and teenagers across California and Pennsylvania. Online therapy provides flexibility and convenience, allowing you to receive the support you need from the comfort of your own space. Whether you’re managing anxiety, facing relationship challenges, or seeking self-discovery, online therapy is a great option for those who are unable to meet in person.

What you can expect:

  • Convenient, flexible scheduling
  • Confidential sessions via a secure, HIPAA-compliant platform
  • Personalized care, tailored to your needs
  • $200/session, sliding scale between $150 - $200, ensuring accessibility for those who need it
